How to use

Preparation – Clean your face and dry it thoroughly to ensure optimal adhesion.

Application – Remove the protective film and place the strip across your nose, just above the nostrils. Firmly press down both ends for 10–15 seconds to ensure proper adhesion.

Breathe – Take a deep breath – and that's it.
