Eurovo® liquid egg whites are not pasteurized. Eurovo uses an innovative process that is similar to pasteurization but does not destroy the protein structure (liotization). At the same time, it preserves all other quality and texture attributes of liquid egg whites. Egg protein is ideal due to its perfect digestibility and dietary nature, as it contains no fat, carbohydrates, or even cholesterol, which is found in egg yolks. Liquid egg whites are a natural source of large amounts of protein. Egg white has high bioavailability, meaning that this source of protein is easily absorbed and very well utilized by the body. How are your liquid egg whites produced?

Our liquid egg whites are 100% free of additives, preservatives, flavorings, and colorings. They provide more than 10g of protein per 100ml, only 1.1g of carbohydrates and trace amounts of fat. In addition, unlike other liquid egg whites on the market, ours are free of avidin (a protein found in raw egg whites that can block vitamin absorption and cause vitamin deficiency). This means that our egg whites can be consumed straight from the bottle or added to your protein shake without having to be boiled.

Instructions for use

Store at room temperature for up to 5 months. (between 0°C and 25°C) Once opened, the bottle must be stored in the refrigerator and should be consumed within 2-3 days.

Unopened bottles can be frozen for up to 12 months. Return the product to its original temperature by placing it in the refrigerator to thaw slowly.
