In that case you know how difficult it can be to keep up a healthy diet. Doing groceries, cooking, all things you don’t really have time for. To make sure you get a quick and healthy meal on the table, XXL Nutrition introduces Easy Meals. These ready to use meals are high protein, low sugar, and GMO free. All you need to do is heat up the meal in an oven or microwave and you will be able to enjoy a delicious meal containing 36 grams of protein* and only 472 calories in total*! These meals can be stored outside of the refrigerator, which makes them easy to bring to work or use right before a workout.

High protein meals

The Easy Meals are the perfect solution to eat healthy whilst maintaining a busy lifestyle. That’s why each meal of 400 grams contains a maximum of 1% saturated fat, 2,2% sugar, and 7% protein! If you however opt for the flavours Smoked Pulled Beef & Rice or Chicken Curry Rice, you may expect 35 grams of protein per meal.

Natural ingredients

All meals contain only natural ingredients. Think of chicken or beef as a source of protein, pasta or rice as complex carbohydrates, and several vegetables and spices. Your meal won’t only be nutritious, it will be super tasty as well!

Delicious ready-made meals

The Easy Meals are available in three delicious flavours:

• Penne Bolognese
• Smoked Pulled Beef & Rice
• Chicken Curry & Rice

Each meal contains 400 grams, which makes it filling enough for large eaters. Are you in the middle of a bulk? Easily add Complex carbohydrates such as rice or pasta. Are you on a calorie restricting diet? Add vegetables for extra volume and prolonged saturation.

Use and dosage

Poke a couple of holes in the foil. Oven (200°C): heat the meal for around 20 minutes in a preheated oven. Microwave (800 watt): Place the meal on a microwave safe plate and heat for 3 minutes.

*Based on the flavour Smoked Pulled Beef, nutritional value can vary depending on the flavour.

The meals are produced without any additives or preservatives. We manage to produce the product with shelf life stability by heat treating the product within the hermetically sealed package.  This heat treatment essentially destroys and kills all bacteria, pathogen and spoilage organisms.

This process is exactly the same process that is used in with canned products. This process and our packaging has been tested upto to 2 years shelf life, however for the taste of the meal there is some deterioration over time we only provide 6 month.
