Recommended dosage: Mix a dose of 5 g (a slightly piled teaspoon) with 500 ml of water and drink during whole day. The teaspoon is not part of the package! Maximum daily dose is 5 g. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Once opened, store at temperature not exceeding 25 °C and consume within 3 months.
